Meet Our Staff


Bart Christian

Bart Christian, President – 24 years in the cleaning and sanitation industry, 12 years working exclusively with school nutrition departments. Bart is a certified National Restaurant Association ServSafe “Train the Trainer” and is an approved instructor for the U.S.D.A. “Serving It Safe” program. He has completed several classes towards his Food Service Manager certification at Central Arizona College. Bart has served at the board level with the School Nutrition Association of Arizona (formerly the Arizona School Foodservice Association). In 2006 Bart was contracted by the Arizona Department to perform Food Safety Seminars. He is also certified by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and HACCP certified by the National Environmental Health Association as a trainer. Melisa Christian

Melisa Christian, Chief Financial Officer – Has over 10 years experience working directly with school nutrition departments. Melisa is a certified SFSPac training and service technician.


Juan Enriquez

Juan Enriquez, Regional Manager (New Mexico and Texas) – Joined the Southwest Training Systems team in 2013. Juan is an Air Force Veteran coming to us with over 15 years of service. He is fluently bi-lingual, ServSafe certified as well as ServSafe Proctor/Instructor certified.


Jennifer Ramirez

Jennifer Ramirez, Education & Service Coordinator – Joined the Southwest Training Systems team in August of 2012. She comes to us with a customer service background and is fluently bi-lingual and ServSafe Proctor/Instructor certified.


Raul Escobar

Raul Escobar, Education & Service Coordinator – Joined the Southwest Training Systems team in July of 2011. With a Background in customer service from his time working with Verizon, Raul is fluently bi-lingual and ServSafe Proctor/ Instructor Certified.
